KL.cranes and juuko usa/canada remote control makes the warranty and repair process as painless as possible. We do not require pre-authorization or an RMA for these services.

For non warranty items we will begin repairs after a Purchase Order or payment terms are arranged, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
